Harold Lloyd Keith

April 23, 1939 ~ March 15, 2023

Harold Lloyd Keith, age 83, of Tecumseh, OK passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 in Tecumseh.

He was born April 23, 1939 in Bache, OK to Noel Walter and Goldie Geneva (Brown) Keith.

Harold attended elementary school at High Hill and graduated from Haileyville High School with the class of 1958. He has been a resident of Tecumseh for the last 25 years.

He married Oleta Jean Newell at the Pottawatomie County Courthouse on April 10, 1998.

Harold worked for Shawnee Mills and then became a sheet metal mechanic for Tinker Air Force Base until his retirement.

He enjoyed fishing, camping, and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Dorothy Cobb, Nillie Smart and Ella Mae Haskins; and 2 nephews.

He is survived by his wife, Oleta of the home; 2 sons and 1 daughter in law, Arnold Wayne Keith of Shawnee and Clifford Dale Keith and wife Holly, of Newalla, OK; 2 step daughters, Waneva Morris of Bethel Acres, OK and Waleta and husband, Vance Easley of Chandler, OK; numerous grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren and step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 20, 2023. Service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Dwyla Smart officiating. Burial will follow at Tecumseh Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
