EDITH ALLENE WILSON
1926 - 2008


Shawnee resident Edith Allene Ragsdale Wilson, 81, died Monday, October 20, 2008, in Shawnee.
She was born on December 10, 1926, in Chandler to Irvin and Mary Fowler Ragsdale.
She attended Chandler High School.
On November 2, 1952, she married J. A. Wilson in Chandler.
She was a homemaker and attended Sharon Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. A. Wilson; parents, brother, J. R. Ragsdale, Oliver Ragsdale and Carl Ragsdale.
Survivors includes her sisters, Syble Tetirick of Chandler and Sylvia Holland of Spencer as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Tecumseh Cemetery under the direction of Walker Funeral Service.
