KENNY P. HENDERSON
1951 - 1997


McLoud truck driver Kenny P. Henderson died Tuesday in an Oklahoma City hospital. He was 46.
Henderson was born October 21, 1951, in Hayward, California to Artie Price and Jovetta Jean Wallingford Henderson.
He attended and graduated from Dibble High School. He lived in Dibble from 1960 until he moved to McLoud in 1982.
He married Linda Carter on November 5, 1982, in Oklahoma City, and was a truck driver for Blish-Mize Trucking Company. He was also a coach for girl's Little League and served in the United States Army.
Survivors include his wife, Linda S. Hendershot of the home; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Mandy Henderson and Lori Henderson of the home; Kim and Robert Cole of Dibble; Karla and David Barron of Chickasha; a son and daughter-in-law, Kenny and Brenda Henderson of Alex, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Katelynn Henderson of Alex, Oklahoma; grandsons, Christopher and Nathan Cole of Dibble; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Kenneth Yeary of Purcell; Doris and Delbert Gray of Tishomingo; and several other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
Closed casket services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church of McLoud with the Rev. Dan Weaver officiating, assisted by the Rev. Lewis Cox.
Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery under the direction of Roesch-Walker Funeral Chapel.
