Wilford "Wolf" Logan

Wilford "Wolf" Logan died Wednesday at his Shawnee home at the age of 61.

He was born Sept. 4, 1935, in McLoud, the son of John and Ernestine (Hale) Logan. He graduated from McLoud High School and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was an assistant press operator for Williamette Industries.

Surviving are his wife, Victoria Logan, of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, Allen and Sandra Logan, Pico Rivera, Calif.; Warren and Judy Logan, Shawnee; grandchildren, Nathan and Alendra Marie Logan, Pico Rivera, Calif.; mother, Ernestine Green, McLoud; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronald and Risa Logan, Robert and Violet Logan, all of McLoud; sister and brother-in-law, Mildred and Dean Matthews, McLoud; sisters, Frances Valdez Jones, Helen Logan, Pat Robertson, Delores Logan, Janetta Mahtapene, all of McLoud; mother-in-law, Juanita Murdock, McLoud; in-laws, Mitch and Joyce Murdock, Los Angeles, Calif.; Pennock and Lela Murdock, Bob and Diana White, all of McLoud; Myron Murdock, Oklahoma City, and many other relatives.

Preceding him in death were two sons, Leonard Leroy Logan and John Logan, and one daughter, Juanita Kathlene Logan.

Tribal rites were Thursday evening at the Ernestine Green home and burial service will be this morning at the Logan family cemetery north of McLoud. Arrangements are under the direction of Roesch-Walker Funeral Chapel.
