Timothy E. "Tim" Jackson, 54, of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed away Friday, May 7, 2021 at his home.

He was born July 20, 1966 to Billy Joe and Darlene (Panther) Jackson in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Tim was born in Oklahoma City and raised in California and Tecumseh, Oklahoma. He attended Sherman Indian High School in Riverside, California and Concho Indian School in Concho, Oklahoma. Tim moved to the Tecumseh area in 1981 and was currently a resident of Shawnee.

He was a heavy equipment operator along with his father in his early years. He later worked for Finley Cleaners and Shawnee Dry Cleaners.

Tim was a proud member of the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma. In his early years he practiced Muskogee-Creek Stomp Dancing. He enjoyed OSU Football, Golf and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Joe and Darlene Jackson; grandma, Grace Boles Panther; brother, Hollis Panther; nephew, Joey Ramirez; and niece, Danae Ramirez.

Survivors include 3 sisters, Terri Navarro of Fontana, CA, Vicki Thorpe of Escondido, CA and Debra Jackson of Shawnee, OK: numerous nieces and nephews, including nieces, Fallon Jackson of Shawnee, OK, Angel Ramirez of Moore, OK and Tiffany Ramirez of Oklahoma City, OK; and many loving friends and extended family; and close lifelong friends, John Soap, Jr. and Regina Ward.

Wake Service will be 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Horseshoe Bend in Shawnee. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 14, 2021 at Johnson Cemetery with John Soap, Jr. officiating under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh. Masks are required by all attendees for the wake service at Horseshoe Bend and practice social distancing according to CDC guidelines.
