Cleophus Bray, Jr., 59, lifelong Shawnee, Oklahoma resident passed from this life Friday, December 11, 2020 in Oklahoma City.

He was born December 6, 1961 to Cleophus “Boots” and Bonnie Jean (Blakely) Bray in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Cleophus attended Shawnee Public Schools and graduated with the class of 1980 from Shawnee High School.

He worked at Central Plastics, TDK and was currently employed at Dexter Axle in Shawnee.

He was preceded in death by his father, Cleophus “Boots” Bray.

Cleophus is survived by his daughter, Latia Bray of the home; his mother, Bonnie Bray of the home; brother and sister-in-law, Allen and Teresa Bray of Shawnee; 2 sisters, Jeanette (Bray) Ifemelumna of Midwest City and Kathy Bray of Shawnee; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Cooper Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
