Meeker - Meeker resident Jack King, 84, passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021 in Oklahoma City, OK.

Graveside services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 13, 2021 at Dale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jack King Great-Grandchildren Scholarship Fund at Bison Federal Credit Union.

Jack was born November 14, 1936 in Shawnee, OK to Dock King and Floy (Ragsdale) King. He graduated from Shawnee High School. He married Carolyn (Shinn) on October 1, 1960. Jack retired from Tinker Air Force Base then worked part-time at Arvest Bank in Shawnee. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, socializing, and gambling.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a granddaughter: Emilly Woods, a great-grandchild: Connor Morrison, siblings: Mary Ollie King, Juanita Kelley, Geraldine Parris, Nina Collum, Peggy Tramel, and Charles Eugene King.

Survivors include 3 children: Billy King of California, Bobby King and Robin of Shawnee, Deana Woods and John of Meeker, Grandchildren: Chris King and Dailyn, Rachel Crider and Michael, Caitlyn King-Kahrahrah and Richmond, Great-Grandchildren: Peyton Crider, Cooper Crider, Brady Jack Crider, Cash Kahrahrah, Brother: James Tolbert King of Tecumseh, And numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
