Richard Brown passed away peacefully the morning of April 20, 2021 at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City surrounded by his wife and children.

He was born on July 22, 1944 in Orange County, California to David and Mildred Brown. Richard attended Horace Mann Elementary and graduated from Shawnee High School in 1963.
