Frank Dwight Littlecreek, 80, of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 at his home.

He was born October 8, 1940 to Sam and Grace (Brown) Littlecreek in Norman, Oklahoma.

Frank was raised in Little Axe and graduated from Noble High School.

After high school he joined the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict and proudly served his country until he was honorably discharged. Frank returned to the Norman area after his military service, before settling in Shawnee where he has resided for the past 30 years.

He married Sherri Orr on April 17, 1993 in Seminole, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on November 13, 2020.

He was a concrete finisher building many homes in the area, and also built bridges and roadways.

Frank was a proud member of Absentee Shawnee Tribe and Comanche Little Ponies. He enjoyed baseball, umpiring softball, playing softball, going to pow-wows, gourd dancing, hunting, and was a big OU fan. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherri Littlecreek; 1 granddaughter, MarRisha Littlecreek; his parents, Sam and Grace Littlecreek; 2 sisters, Janice and Mildred; 2 brothers, Willey and Joe Littlecreek; 1 nephew, David Wakolee, Jr.; and 1 niece, Beverly Bemo.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Michelle Combs of Oklahoma City, OK and Melissa Littlecreek of Shawnee, OK; 2 sons and 1 daughter-in-law, Larry and Terry Littlecreek of Kansas City, MO and Lawrence Littlecreek of Kansas City, MO; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Lenora and Linda; 3 step-sons, Hutkie, Tony, Steven Orr and their families, all of Seminole, OK; and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.

Tribal Rites will be Wednesday evening, December 16, 2020 at Brendle Corner Community Center with George Blanchard officiating. Burial will be Thursday morning, December 17, 2020 at Absentee Shawnee Tribe Burial Grounds next to the Thunderbird Casino under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
