Services for Fannie Ozella Haines, 95, of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Swan Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Haines died Friday, October 9, 2015 at Jan Frances Care Center. She was born February 21, 1920 at Mill Creek, Oklahoma to John and Myrtle Humphrey Sutton.

Fannie married Leonard Haines March 19, 1951 in Ada. Mrs. Haines was a homemaker and a member of Bible Baptist Church in Ada.

Survivors include her husband, Leonard, of the home; two sons, Lee Haines of Ada and Lynn Haines and his wife Rebecca of Ada; three grandchildren, Lance Haines and his wife Hope of Ada, Riley Haines and his wife Ashley of Konawa and Jessica Haines of Madison, WI; and two great grandchildren, Lane and Londyn Haines.

She was preceded in death by a son, Rodney Garrison and a daughter, Susie Haines.
