Services for Joe Donald Storie, 79, of Norman will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Don and David Stevens will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.

Mr. Storie died Friday, December 6, 2019 at a Nashville, TN hospital. He was born February 22, 1940 in Murray County to Earl and Ruth Carr Storie. He graduated from Floyd, New Mexico High School.

He was self-employed as a truck driver.

Survivors include three sisters, Pat James, Noble, Wanda Stevens and husband David, Noble, and Joy Turner, Norman; two brothers, Glen Storie, Ada, and James Storie and wife Dee Dee, Philadelphia, MS; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Lillian Bell; and two brothers-in-law, Bob James and Grady Turner.

Bearers will be Vernon Turner, Lee Turner, Shawn Fullingim, Jase Fullingim, Jacob Meacham, Kerry Harrell and Kenneth Smith.
