Services for Nancy Ann McDaniel, 79, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Norman Standfield will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
Mrs. McDaniel passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at her home. She was born June 27, 1939 at Pampa, TX to Wade Washington and Lura Merle Reger Reeves. She graduated from Pampa High School.
She married Ronald Dean McDaniel October 8, 1954 in Pampa. Mrs. McDaniel worked at a Christian school from 1981 – 1985 and then went to work for V. F. Corporation (formerly Wrangler) in 1985, retiring in as a Supervisor May, 1995. She was currently a member of New Hope Baptist Church. Previously she taught Sunday School at Bible Baptist Church for several years.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald, of the home; a daughter, Rhonda McClellan and husband Terry of Ada; a son, Randy McDaniel and wife Cindy of Ada; one sister, Brenda Humphrey, Coalgate; three granddaughters, Kendra Summers, Ada and Cristina Craig and Ashlei Hunter, both of Adairsville, GA; four grandsons, Randall McDaniel, Brandon McDaniel, Trever McDaniel, and Kendall McClellan, all of Ada; four great-grandchildren, Dillon Summers, Ada, Gabrielle Dodge and Ramsei Hunter, both of Adairsville, GA and Triston McDaniel, Ada.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Deena Danae McDaniel; three sisters, Merle Smithers, Charlene Wright and Sandra Ragan; and a brother, Doug Reeves.
Bearers will be Archie Faulkner, Larry McClellan, Jim Christenberry, Kendall McClellan, Trever McDaniel and Eddie Collins. Honorary bearers will be Dillon Summers, Brandon McDaniel, Randall McDaniel and Michael Standfield.
