A Committal graveside service for Mary Elizabeth Little Gurley, 90, of Ada will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 17, 2020 at Rosedale Cemetery in Ada. A Private family service will be held prior at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Revs. Tammy Wooliver and John Norvell will officiate.

Mrs. Gurley passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020 at Epworth Villa in Oklahoma City. She was born September 2, 1929 at Ada to William D. and Willie Faust Little. She graduated from Ada High School and the University of Oklahoma.

Mary married George E. Gurley September 27, 1951. He preceded her in death January 9, 2020. Mrs. Gurley was a homemaker and a longtime active member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Ada. She taught Sunday School Class for over 50 years. Mary had traveled the world and had many experiences, but her greatest joy was when she was in Ada.

Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth Williams of Oklahoma City; granddaughter, Hunter Taylor Brown and husband Todd; her great-grandchildren, Cole, Ella and Jack Brown; a niece, Brooks Little; and a nephew, Bill Little.

Bearers will be Mike Rose, Todd Brown, Cole Brown, Denver Davison, Steve Cody, and Tom Criswell.
