Services for Samuel Douglas “Sammy” Bingham, 64, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Brian Matthews will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
Mr. Bingham died Sunday, April 21, 2019 at his home. He was born October 18, 1954 in Talihina to Samuel and Ida Mae Kennedy Bingham. He graduated from Ada High School.
He married Carol Sue Holt on March 8, 1978. Mr. Bingham was employed with Stallings Construction Pipeline and the Ada Elks Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Bingham, of the home; a daughter, Brandy Kanuch and husband T. R. of Ada; a son, Sammy Gray of Tulsa; grandchildren, Shelby Yeargan and husband Destry, Kynzi Bingham, Steven Bingham and Drake Kanuch, all of Ada.
He was preceded in death by his son, Sammy Bingham.
Bearers will be, T. R. Kanuch, Destry Yeargan, Kevin Carter, Pete Bryant, Jesse Bryant, Dave Parks and James Gastineau. Honorary bearers will be Drake Kanuch and Steven Bingham.
