No services are planned at this time for Robert Lawrence “Bob” Sieg, 77, of Ada.

Mr. Sieg passed away Thursday, November 19, 2015 at his home. He was born August 10, 1938 in Cement, OK to David Lawrence and Twila Marguriete Kelly Sieg.

He received a Bachelor’s degree from Central State University in Edmond and later a Master’s Degree from San Migel De Allenda, Mexico.

Mr. Sieg was a professor at East Central University and later he was the head of the East Central Art Department. After his retirement, he was a horse rancher. Mr. Sieg served in the Oklahoma National Guard.

Survivors include a son, Shallaman Sieg; a sister, Twila Willhite; and three grandchildren, Ashley, Marlin and Abagale.
