Private family services will be held at a later date for Boyd Stephen Ballard, infant son of Stephen and Mabry Leach Ballard. He was born and died on January 6, 2015, at a local hospital.

Survivors include his parents, Stephen and Mabry Ballard of the home; Two sisters, Olivia Blake and Channing Sloane Ballard of the home; Maternal grandparents, Clyde and Jamie Leach of Ada; and Paternal grandparents, David and Linda Ballard of Quinton.

He was preceded in death by Great grandparents, Ted and Mildred Savage of Ada, Harold and Waunita Ballard of Quinton, Juanita Burney of Quinton and Jesse and Lena Leach of Holdenville.
