Services for Bonnie Lee Baker, 60, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Hazel Wallace will officiate.

Ms. Baker passed away Saturday, March 11, 2017 at a hospice center in Del City. She was born April 1, 1956 at West Point, NY to Charles Edmond and Jeannie Toledo Baker. She and her family moved to this area and she attended Allen Grade School and Ada High School.

Ms. Baker was a lab tech at the Oklahoma Blood Institute and later a phlebotomist for the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center.

Survivors include two daughters, Brandy Street and husband James of Edmond and Tyra Baker of Ada; her fiancé, Perry Shaffer of Guthrie; two sisters, Charlotte Johns and husband Jim of Ada and Lilli Youngblood and husband Henry of Ada; two brothers, Charles "Kato" Baker of Prewitt, NM and Preston Baker of Ada; her grandchildren, Shy Street and husband Matthew, Zachary Street, Cailee Street, Brady Street, Aiden Seal, Emerald Street, Patience Esparza and Erika Meece; and three great-grandchildren, Anavrin Street, Tallica Street and James Street IV.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her mother-in-law, Claudette Shaffer; a son, Joshua Shafer; and a grandson, James Street, III.

Honorary bearers will be her grandsons and nephews.
