Services for Sandra Sue Skaggs, 71, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Southwest Church of Christ, Floyd Kaiser will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Skaggs died Friday, March 27, 2015 at her home. She was born May 15, 1943 in Goree, Texas to William Paul and Gladys Jewel Kennedy Brockett. She graduated from Byng High School in 1961.

She married Lee J. Skaggs on January 31, 1969 in Sulphur. He preceded her in death July 27, 2013. Mrs. Skaggs was a manager of Dollar General Store until her retirement and was a member of Southwest Church of Christ.

Survivors include a brother, Ronnie Brockett, Ada; two cousins, Shirley Perry and Randall Stilwell, both of Ada; and two nieces, Teresa Stephenson, Piedmont and Cynthia Smith, North Richland Hills, TX. Bearers will be David Hendricks, Jeff Butler, Eugene Cannon, Pete Duncan, Pete Maloy and Mikale Perry. Honorary bearer will be Wayne King.
