Services for Phyllis Marcia Nation, 76, of Stonewall are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Union Valley Baptist Church, Rev. Randall Christy will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Nation passed away Monday, April 17, 2017 at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. She was born October 9, 1940 in Eloy, AZ to Troy and Nettie Campbell Tipton. She and her family moved to this area in 1943 from Arizona. She attended McLish schools and graduated from McLish High School.

She married Jim Nation. He preceded her in death December 30, 2010. Mrs. Nation was a medical clerk and a member of Union Valley Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Vikki Ross and husband Kelly of Fittstown and Marcie Conley and husband Chris of Houston, TX; a sister, Dorothy Flowers and husband Billy of Union Valley; five grandchildren, Weston Ross, Lacie Ross, Jordyn Ross, Katie Conley and Rachel Conley; and two great-grandchildren, Aaliyah Ross and Creed Ross.

Bearers will be Jim Christian, Josh Christian, Caleb Christian, Troy Flowers, Bill Tipton and Carl Tackett.
