Services for David Mark Miller, 53, of Galey are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Randy Golden will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The Chickasaw Honor Guard will conduct military honors at the cemetery.

Mr. Miller died Sunday, January 25, 2015 at an Ada hospital. He was born December 11, 1961 in Ada to Jesse Lloyd and Donna B. Wyche Miller.

He married Jessie Novelle Duty on June 18, 1994. She preceded him in death on September 6, 2013. Mr. Miller was previously employed with the Chickasaw Nation in Environmental services. He served in the U. S. Army.

Survivors include a son, Jeremy Miller of Tulsa; a step-son, Terry Beach of Ada; step-daughter, Angela Beach of Ada; three brothers, Keith Miller of Davis, Kent Miller of Ada and Lloyd Miller of Ada; a sister, Deretha Miller-Gregory of Durant; and his grandchildren, Sadie Miller, Isaac Miller, Eli Miller, Josh Beach, Emily and Michael Berglund, and Trevor, Megan and Nicholas Beach.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and two grandchildren, Isiah Miller and Wilson Miller.

Bearers will be Jeremy Miller, Tony Mondejar, James Hodge, Lenny Hodge, Terry Mike Grant and Mike Gossett. Honorary bearers will be his brothers, Keith Miller, Kent Miller and Lloyd Miller.
