On Monday, August 5th, Judy Helen Low, passed away at the age of 61. Judy was born on March 8, 1963 in Las Vegas to JW and Janice Low. In 1969 the family moved to Temple City, California. As a teenager she was a member of the International Order of the Rainbow and always looked fondly on those days. She graduated from Temple City High School in 1963 and later from California State University, Los Angeles. She was employed for many years at the Temple City Public Library and received her master’s in library science from California State University, San Jose. Her church was the center of her life, and she was a faithful and dedicated member of One Hope Temple City Church.

Judy was preceded in death by her father, JW Low of Ada, Oklahoma and her mother, Janice Helen Low of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. She is survived by her sisters, Kathy Pulis and Brenda Combs both from Ratliff City, Oklahoma as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 9th at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery, Ada, Oklahoma. Refreshments to follow.
