Services for Betty Ruth King, 90, of Ada are 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 12, 2025 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Dr. Rusty Fuller and Rev. David Gray will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. King died Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at a nursing home in Sulphur, OK. She was born May 12, 1934 in Bristow, OK to Floyd David and Josie Marie Reinhart Cooper.

She was a self-employed grocer until her retirement.

Survivors include her sons, Joe Abbott and wife Susan and Roger Abbott and wife Teresa, all of Ada; daughter, Laura Lee and husband Johnny of Oklahoma City, OK; six grandchildren, Farrah Green and husband Tim Green, Brett Abbott & Zack, Craig Abbott, Krista Abbott and husband Sean DeBay, Brenda Hurley and husband Jack and Ashley Rhynes and husband Trey; 21 great-grandchildren; and 9 great great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Windle King; parents; sister, Wanda Jones and husband J. W.; brother, Sonny Cooper; niece, Brenda Browder; and great-granddaughter, Alyssa Green.

Bearers are Craig Abbott, Sean DeBay, Tim Green, Trey Rhynes, Jason Trimmer, and Austin Black. Honorary bearers are Peyton Abbott, Deaken Abbott, Dallas Abbott, and Carson Green.
