Services for Matthew Paul “Matt” Hatton (aka King MF Smiley), 25, of Seminole are 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Bill Burns will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Ada. The family will receive friends and relatives from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Hatton passed away Thursday, July 11, 2019 at Seminole. He was born September 29, 1993 in Oklahoma City and adopted by Douglas and Wilma Ballard Hatton, birth mother Deanna Stick. He attended Varnum schools.

He married Hailey Clapp February 26, 2019. Matt was formerly employed with Union Pacific Railroad. Matthew loved his family and friends. His kids were his world. His passion was 4 wheelers and motorcycles. Matthew always got a kick out of aggravating his dad and sisters. He always had a smile on his face. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Survivors include his wife, Hailey, of the home; a son, Brantley Hatton; daughter, Hailey Hatton; his father, Douglas; five sisters, Robbie Shumard, Robin Horton, Jamie McNutt, Marla Phillips and Gabriela Vazquez; two brothers, Marcus Phillips and Daniel Vazquez; and his biological mother, Deanna Stick.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Hatton.

Bearers will be Brandon Meeks, Kyle Corona, Derek Stewart, Clay McNutt, Jaime Vazquez; and Daniel Vazquez. Honorary Bearers will be Rickey Horton, Brandon Horton, Kevin Stick and Johnathan Johns.
