Services for James Wayne Underwood, Jr., 51, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 11, 2021 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Jerry Wade will officiate. Burial will follow at Lightning Ridge Cemetery.

Mr. Underwood passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at an Ada hospital. He was born August 28, 1969 in Talihina, OK to James Wayne Underwood, Sr. and Phyllis Jetton Underwood.

Mr. Underwood was a truck driver and affiliated with the Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include his children, Samantha Underwood, of the home, Eric Loebeck, Cody Loebeck, Mekaela Wallace and Andrea Oliveira, all of Oklahoma; two brothers, Faron Underwood and Jack Underwood; and 11 grandchildren.

Bearers will be Brian Cooper, Faron Underwood, Jeremy Carlock, Jack Underwood, Dakota Hall and Dale McNeil.
