Services for Estlee Marie Hooser, 93, of Ada, Oklahoma are at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 20 at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Lightning Ridge Cemetery. Pastor Dean Stone will officiate.
Mrs. Hooser died Sunday, May 15, 2021 at a local nursing home. She was born on August 25th, 1927 in Ada, Oklahoma to Joe & Ethel McGarr Price. She attended Vanoss Schools.
Estlee married Wilbur (W.C.) Hooser on December 15, 1945. He preceded her in death on October 14, 1973. Mrs. Hooser worked at Wrangler, Solo Cup and Latta Schools. She loved working in the Latta Cafeteria. She enjoyed spending time with her co-workers, seeing all the students and especially her grandkids come through the cafeteria line. She enjoyed spending time outside checking her cows, looking at her flowers and most importantly spending time with her family. She was a member of the Wilson Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Dewayne Hooser and wife Kay of Pauls Valley, OK, Darrell Hooser of Ada, Oklahoma and one daughter, Debbie Lynch and husband Kevin of Ada, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Angie Johnson of Edmond, Oklahoma, Kendra Sullivan of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, Tiffany Williams of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Darik Hooser of Vacaville, California, Shane Lynch of Elmore City, Oklahoma and Ryne Lynch of Ada, Oklahoma; great grandchildren, Kylee Patterson, Talir Bennett, Addison Bennett, Brynleigh Hooser, Emery Hooser, Tatum Lynch and Elijah Lynch; one brother, J.C. Price and wife Freda. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brothers, Earnest, Larry, James and sister Jimmie Jo.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Johnson, Michael Sullivan, Shane Lynch, Ryne Lynch, Kylee Patterson, and Phil Shivers.
