Services for Pacen Andrew Futischa, 14, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Chickasaw Community Center in Ada, Rich Putnam will officiate. Burial will follow at Lightning Ridge Cemetery.

Mr. Futisch died Monday, April 18, 2016 at Byng. He was born March 7, 2002 in Ada, OK to Lewis Futischa and Krystal Kelley. He was a student at Byng Junior High School.

Survivors include his mother, Krystal Kelley of the home; his father Lewis Futischa and step-mother Glenda, of Ada; three sisters, Desaree Kelley, Riley Futischa and Shay Buchanan; one brother, Dalton McClain; grandparents, Phil Kelley, Paul Harbin, Carrie Harbin and Lavanda Futischa.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Judy Kelley.

Bearers will be Stormy Keefer, Johnathan Futischa, Joe Bailey, Larry McConnell, Randy Dickens and Dalton McClain. may be viewed and online condolences sent to criswellfh.com.
