Services for Ashlie Michelle Thurman, 30, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Pastor Richard Atzbach will officiate. Burial will follow at Five-Mile Cemetery, east of Ada.

Ms. Thurman passed away Monday, June 13, 2016 at a Tulsa hospital. She was born August 13, 1985 in Ada to David Earl and Lisa Smith Thurman. Ashlie graduated from Yukon High School in 2007.

Survivors include her father, David Thurman; two sisters, Amber Thurman and Taylor Thurman; her aunts, Raquel Blake, Debra Thurman, Tracie Carter and Stephanie Blake; her uncles, Donnie Thurman, Terry Duke, Doyle Duke, Stephen Duke, James Smith and Shawn Smith; her grandparents, Macalyen Duke, Sandi Smith and Ed Blake; a great-uncle, Bud Blake; four nephews; and five nieces.

She was preceded in death by her mother and her grandfathers.

Bearers will be Brian Carter, Gary Fox, Donnie Thurman, Preston Baker, Michael Allison, Sr. and Stephen Duke.
