Services for Judith Kay “Judy” Young, 66, of Roff are 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Roff First Baptist Church, Revs. Tony Folger and Shawn Priddy will officiate. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery in Roff. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. Until 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Criswell Funeral Home.

She died Thursday, July 31, 2014 at her home. She was born July 16, 1948 in Ada, Oklahoma to Roy Jackson and Ruby Russell Williams. She attended Roff schools and graduated from Roff High School in 1966.

She married Jodie Young in May, 1965. Mrs. Young had worked at the Roff Café, was the office manager for Belcher Propane, later Harden Propane and Pitmon Oil and Gas for 41 years until her retirement. She was later a secretary for Robert “Bob” Gray, Attorney. Mrs. Young was a lifetime member of the Roff First Baptist Church, had served as secretary for the East Hill Cemetery Association, and had served on the Roff School Alumni Committee. She was an avid fan of the country singer, Joe Nichols.

Survivors include her husband, Jodie Young, of the home; a daughter, Jamie Henderson and her husband David of Ada; a granddaughter, Calli Henderson; and her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Rusty Young and Rick and Martha Young, both of Chickasha.

Bearers will be Jimmy Morgan, Trey Barbee, Shawn Brassfield, Wes Harden, Arley Thompson and Bob Gray. Honorary bearers will be Jim Morgan, James Harden, David Pittman, Phil Hurst, Gary Cooper and Joe Sledd.
