Services for Carol Kate Hart, 69, of Ada, are 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Jimmy Hoffman will officiate. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery near Roff.

Mrs. Hart went home to be with the Lord Saturday, February 18, 2017 at a local hospital. She was born April 9, 1947 at Hickory to H. G. and Susie Mae Stidham Byers.

She married Dwight Arthur Hart April 10, 1965 at Fitzhugh. Mrs. Hart was a homemaker and a member of Homer Baptist Church. She was active in the church and a Sunday School teacher for many years while living in Colorado.

Survivors include her husband, Dwight, of the home; a son, Stephen Hart of Ada; daughter, Michelle Guerin and husband Craig of Roff; three grandchildren, Dillon Guerin and his girlfriend Skyler of Roff, Dakota Hart of Las Cruces, NM and Kaylie Guerin and her boyfriend Dylan of Roff; a brother, Marvin Byers and his wife Barbara of Ada; four sisters, Betty Gentry and husband Jerry, Norman, Lois Huddleston and husband Richard, Ada, Linda Rodorigo, Ada and Donna Hampton and husband Hershell, Ada; a sister-in-law, Phyllis Stark and husband Jack, Fitzhugh; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, A. D. Byers and brothers-in-law Alvin Chambers, Frank Rodorigo, and Jim Hart.

Bearers will be Billy Huffman, Glen Walker, Gary Cooper, Chris Guerin, Mike Byers and Kevin Huddleston.
