Services for Kevin Melvin Worcester, 71 of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 28, 2024 at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel; Minister Brenda Harris will officiate. Burial will follow at Denney Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Worcester passed away Sunday, June 23, 2024 at his home. He was born August 14, 1952 in Ada to Melvin Jackson and Opal Aliene Yates Worcester.

On September 7, 1983 he married Lynn Ann Henry. He worked in various positions for the last 30 years for the Chickasaw Nation. His last position was the Director of the Chickasaw Motor Pool.

Survivors include his wife, Lynn of the home; daughter, Michaela Barger and husband, Rankin of Ada; three brothers, Terry Worcester and wife, Lori of Ada, Matthew Worcester and wife, Shelli of Ada, and Sean Worcester of Ada; two sisters, Sharon Smart and husband, Rick of Wewoka and Staci Worcester of Ada; two grandchildren, Karic Barger and Katherine Barger; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Thomas Mark Worcester; son, Timothy Worcester; niece, Britani Worcester; and nephew, Daniel Worcester.

Bearers are Jackie Cunningham, Larry Colbert, Rankin Barger, Nathaniel Worcester, Douglas Barger, and Dennis Leader.
