James Allen Maxwell was born December 17, 1912 and passed away March 17, 2000. He was born in Blue Springs, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. He married Annie Ethel Kinnikin on January 21, 1942. They had 4 children: Joetta Ann, Janie Marie, Kenny James, and Larry Allen.
