Kindsey Marianne Maxwell, 39, of Crescent, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on January 14, 2022. The family will greet visitors from 6:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Bishop Funeral Service and Crematory. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Memory Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery officiated by Rev. John Kinsey. Burial will follow. Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Maxwell, Brian King, Daryl King, Daniel Higham, Clay Maxwell, Mike Haynes, Larry Maxwell, Jeff Gonzales, and Montana Musil. Kindsey was born to Kenny James and Leanne Marie (Haynes) Maxwell on October 19, 1982 in McAlester. She was raised in Kiowa and moved to Pittsburg, Kansas when she was in the fourth grade. She graduated from Pittsburg High School in 2002. She then attended and graduated from East Central University in Ada and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in 2009. She worked at Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City, McBride Clinic in Oklahoma City, and currently worked as a Data Analyst for MATCOR Cathodic Protection and AC Mitigation Solution Company. She enjoyed crocheting and arts and crafts. Kindsey was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins hockey fan. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: James and Annie (Kinnikin) Maxwell, maternal grandfather: James Haynes, and aunt: Karen Pope. Kindsey is survived by her father: Kenny Maxwell and wife, Mandy of Stuart; mother: Leanne Blevins and husband, Billy of Longview, Texas; sister: Lindsey Maxwell of Crescent; brother: Bryan Maxwell and wife, Carrie of Tulsa; step-sisters: Kylie Musil and husband, Montana of Holdenville, Ashley Jacobus and husband, Chris of Hallsville, Texas; nieces and nephews: December Maxwell, Paisley Roberts, Peyton Roberts, Carson Jacobus, Nikolas Jacobus, Andrew Jacobus; maternal grandmother: Mary Haynes of McAlester; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members, and friends.
