Millard Duane Barringer of McAlester passed to be with the Lord on February 3,2025. He was the youngest child of Earl and Claudine Barringer also of McAlester. He graduated from McAlester High School. He was member of the Methodist Church and sat beside his mother every service till her passing. He was a cattle and horse rancher who loved God, his family, and the land. He was preceded in death by his sister, Earlene Williams in 1990, Father, Earl Barringer in 1997, and mother, Claudine Barringer in 2017. He is survived by his 4 four nieces, Gloria (Barringer) and husband Blake Dick, of Texas, Kristina (Barringer) LeTourneau and her husband John, of Texas, Darlene (Williams) Kaufman and her husband Jonathan, of Oregon, and Angela (Williams) Beveck and her husband Charles, of Louisiana. Numerous great nieces and nephews, as well as great-great nieces and nephews. Uncle Duane, as he was lovingly known to his nieces, will be greatly missed and loved by those of his family that have been left, but will join him in the embrace of God and His Son, Jesus. He was buried at Memory Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery along with his parents at a private graveside service. "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him" Romans 8:28
