Dorthie Ellen Dupire, 80, of Hartshorne, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at Beare Manor in Hartshorne. Viewing will be on Sunday from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home in Hartshorne. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 12, 2025 at the Elmwood Cemetery Pavilion in Hartshorne with Chaplain Jeff Little officiating. Burial will follow. Dorthie was born on May 14, 1944 in Wilburton, Oklahoma to Carl and Nancy Jane (Brown) Hull. She married Charles Dupire, Sr. on January 1, 1961. She enjoyed gardening, and collecting what-nots and stuffed bears. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Debbie Reynolds of Haileyville, OK; 4 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Lois of Haileyville, OK and Bonnie of McAlester, OK; a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Dupire, Sr.; sister, Betty; half-sister, Ruby; and half-brother, Jack.
