Gustan "Gus" "Tiger" Cruz was born August 22, 1925 at Pittsburg, OK and died July 19, 2006 at McAlester, OK. Graveside services are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday July 25, 2006 at Pittsburg Cemetery, Pittsburg, OK. Officiating is Rev. Leonard Higgins. Pallbearers are Joe Sullivan, Jim Sullivan, Jimmy Rice, Bernard Gordon, Jimmy Ray Wood and Denny Christman. Interment is Pittsburg Cemetery, Pittsburg, OK. Survivors include a daughter, Cora Cruz; brothers, Tony Cruz, Henry Barron and wife Beverly, Ralph Barron and wife Rose and Louis Barron and wife Liz; sisters, Alissa Hurtha and husband Ben and Lena Herandy and husband George; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
