Cleona "Doty" Hilburn, 92, of McAlester, passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at her home. She was born on September 12, 1929 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Ray and Myrtle (Leonard) Daniels. She worked for McAlester General Hospital and McAlester Regional Health Center before retiring after 27 years. She enjoyed reading, sewing and working puzzles. She is survived by a daughter, Sherry Nichols of McAlester; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Tony Daniels and sister, Sandy Tolbert. She was preceded in death by her father, Ray Daniels; mother, Myrtle Daniels; son, Gary Daniels; sisters, Louise McGee, DeeAnn Moore and Eva Elizabeth Daniels; brothers, Bob Daniels, Don Daniels, John Daniels and Billy Ray Daniels. Family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8th at the Blue Cemetery Pavilion. Burial will follow.
