Dorothy Evelyn [LeMaster] Hazelton
January 19, 1916 ~ July 7, 2002

Dorothy Evelyn Hazelton, 86, Stillwater, died Sunday, July 7, 2002, in Stillwater. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Strode Chapel. Rev. Matt Miles will officiate. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Strode Funeral Home.

Hazelton was born Jan. 19, 1916, in Stillwater, to Arthur B. and Lucinda LeMaster. She married Darrell F. Hazelton in 1933 in Perry. He died in 2000. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Stillwater since 1948. She worked as a retail salesperson for Murphy's Gift Shop.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; brothers, Kenneth "Bud" LeMaster, Leonard LeMaster, and sister, Irene Swimme.

Hazelton is survived by her two sons, Jerry K. Hazelton and wife Ginny, Lindsay, Texas, and Ed Hazelton and wife Maureen, Sand Springs; five grandchildren, Jane and Mike Henson, Tulsa, Kevin and Jamie Hazelton, Sand Springs, Keith and Darla Hendrix, Azle, Texas, Alan and Tammy Hendrix, Denton, Texas, Tracy and Luke Vinson, Marietta; nine great grandchildren, Trenton Hazelton, Sand Springs, Amy and Jett Hendrix, Azle, Texas, Jack, Maggie and Ross Hendrix, Denton, Texas, Jeremiah, Zachary and Jake Vinson, Marietta; two brothers, Wayne LeMaster, Vancouver, Wash., Glen LeMaster, Yakima, Washington; and two sisters, Alice Miller, Stillwater and Mary Myers, Vancouver, Wash.
