Services for Nona Alpha [Fitzpatrick] Blumer, 87, of Tulsa, will be at 10:30 am, Monday, November 16, at Strode Funeral Home Chapel under the direction of a Christian Science Reader. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Strode Funeral Home in Charge.

She died Friday, November 13, 1992 at Mannford. Mrs Blumer will be in state at the Mobley~Dodson Funeral Home in Sand Springs until 8 pm today.

She was born October 17, 1905, in Marena west of Stillwater, daughter of John and Edna[Barker] Fitzpatrick. She grew up in the Lost Creek community where she attended school.

On December 3, 1924, she married Harry Howard Blumer in Stillwater.

After her marriage the couple lived in the Stillwater area. She and her husband were partners in Stillwter Floral for many years. He died November 29, 1959.

In 1975 she moved to Tulsa to be with her daughter.

Mrs Blumer was a member of First Church of Christ Scientist.

Survivors include one son, H. Maynard Blumer of Paradise Valley, Ariz; one daughter, Mrs Betty Lou Chance of Tulsa, six grandchildren, Linda Hudson, Kathy Barlow, Ellen Lyons, Martha Blumer, Laura Balcom and Eric Blumer, and nine great-grandchildren.
