Keith Gordon Arrington

Ken graduated in 1952 from Oklahoma State University and did graduate work at Kansas University in Lawrence, Kansas.

On September 3, 1953 he married Mary E. Peterson in Yakima, Washington.

The couple lived in Tacoma and Puyallup, Washington; Ada and Ardmore, before moving to Stillwater in 1964.

He was the Minister at Morrison and Diamond Valley, Oklahoma.

Ken was a member of Alpha Zeta Fraternity and the First Christian Church in Stillwater.

He was the owner and operator of University Mobile Homes, 704 N. Main in Stillwater.

He died of an apparent heart attack at the Stillwater Municipal Hospital.

Funeral services were held at the Stillwater First Christian Church with Rev. L.E. Whitley officiating.

Memorial contributions were made to the Kenneth Arrington Scholarship Fund at Phillips University in Enid, Oklahoma.

Survivors included his wife and daughter Julie and his parents of Stillwater; a brother James Heath Arrington of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and a sister Doris Arrington Taff and brother-in-law Merle Taff of Weatherford, Oklahoma.

Funeral services were under the direction of Strode Funeral Home in Stillwater.
