Sara L. [Torres] Sprott
October 26, 1957 ~ January 2, 2018


Sara L. Sprott, 60, died on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at her home. Her funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Church of Christ in Perkins, Oklahoma. Interment will follow at Perkins Cemetery in Perkins, OK.

Sara was born on October 26, 1957 to George E. Torres and Maria Elena Lujano in San Antonio, TX.

She married Robert Sprott III on March 3, 1984 in San Antonio, TX.

She attended Sidney Lanier H.S. in San Antonio, TX. She worked as a Para Professional in the Perkins Tryon Schools. She was a member of the Perkins Church of Christ and a part of the Red Hat Ladies.

She is preceded in death by both parents George E. Torres and Maria Elena Torres; Brother George Torres Jr; nephew Chris Torres; paternal & maternal grandparents.

She is survived by her husband Robert L. Sprott III and her aunts Olga T. Zuniga and Julie Moreno; sons Robert Lee Sprott IV and Ray William Sprott; daughters Vivian Sprott and Nicole Young; brother Orlando A. Torres; sister Olga Torres Soriano and her husband Pablo Soriano; sister Maria DeJesus Torres; nieces Andrea & Jaclyn Soriano;nephews Jorge Torres III, Matthew Soriano and Josh Castillo; great-nephew Cedric A. Castillo.

Pallbearers will be Chuck Sweeden, Eddie Sweeden, Kolby Austin, Robert L. Sprott IV, Ray W. Sprott and Brody Duncan.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Orlando Torres, Matthew Soriano, Pablo Soriano and Sean Ray Duncan.
