Donny Paul McLain
April 11, 1950 ~ May 17, 2018


Donny Paul McLain, 67, passed from this life on Friday, March 16, 2018, at his home in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He was born on April 11, 1950 to Lain Oliver McLain and Kathryn Louise McLain in Wideman, Arkansas.

Donny attended Liberty Union High School in Brentwood, CA. He served his time in the Vietnam War and after many years of work he retired. He was also a member of the American Legion.

Donny will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He will also be remembered by his A.K.A the “Lunchable Man”.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Starr McLain; two, brothers Danny and David.

He is survived by two sons, Timothy McLain and Mitchell McLain; five grandchildren, Timothy, Johnny, Leevi, Dominick and Seleen; 2 brothers, Denny and Dennis; four sisters, Kathy, Jeanne, Laina and Linda.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 23, 2018, at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater, OK. Interment will follow at Perkins Cemetery in Perkins, OK.
