George Thomas Radford
October 9, 1925 ~ July 23, 2012


George Thomas Radford, a Drumright resident, passed away on Monday, July 23, 2012 at his son's home in Drumright at the age of 86 years.

Graveside services have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing and will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 26, 2012 in the Ingalls Cemetery, Ingalls, OK.

The son of the late Thomas Radford and Mary [Bowers] Radford, George was born on October 9, 1925 in Hagarville, Arkansas. George grew up in Arkansas and when he turned 18 he entered into the United States Navy where he served during WW II. After receiving his honorable discharge George he eventually settled in Stillwater with his wife Ivola [Allen] Radford. George worked 43 years for the Stillwater News Press and when he retired in 1990 he was their Head Pressman.

Survivors include one son Dan Radford and his wife Elizabeth of Drumright; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, George was preceded in death by his wife Ivola, six brothers, and four sisters.

Charles Dennis "Chuck" Radford
1953 ~ 2020


Charles Dennis Radford, better known as Chuck or Pops, passed from this life on July 26, 2020 in Catoosa, Oklahoma at the age of 66.

Charles was born September 10, 1953 in Stillwater, Oklahoma to proud parents Charles and Dessie [Lee] Radford.

When Charles had time off from his career as an HVAC tech, he loved to ride his motorcycle, play with his dogs, go shooting, go fishing, working on boats and watching western movies. Charles will be remembered as having a huge heart and helping others anytime he was able to.

He is survived by his children, daughters: Sarah Callahan and husband, Kyle, and Dessie Roderick; sons: Jeff Radford and wife, Melissa, and Chucky Radford; sisters: Midge and Mary as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents, sister Irene Stroman, daughter Polly Kirkham, and son-in-law Troy Roderick.

The family will be having a final ride to Ingalls Cemetery on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. The family will meet at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. and start riding at 10:30 a.m.
