Vema [Scheuerman] Yaseck
1929 ~ 2012


Vema Yaseck, 82, a native of Stillwater, Okla., and a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2012. A graveside service will be held at Glenwood Cemetery, southwest of Stillwater, on Saturday, February 11, at 2 p.m. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Morton Yaseck. Vema is survived by a sister, Peggy Scheuermann Kidd, of Ardmore, Okla.; three sons, Gerry Lee Yaseck, William Thomas Yaseck and wife Teresa, and Stanley Joseph Yaseck; two grandchildren, Tammie Edwards and Christopher Yaseck; and six great-grandchildren.
