Linda Jean Acreman passed away from this life on September 29, 2023, at the age of 80, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Linda was born on December 26, 1942, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Merle and Evelynn (Naud) Lamb. Linda grew up and attended school in Tulsa, graduating from Central High School. Following high school, Linda began working and was later introduced to Glenn Dale Acreman. The couple was united in marriage on January 10, 1975, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and made their initial home in Tulsa before moving to Cleveland in 1976. Linda was a dental assistant for Dr. Charles Eitle, DDS, at 21st and Boston. Following the business sale, Linda continued working for Robert Oliver, DDS, where she worked for over 40 years when she retired in 2010.
Linda always enjoyed anything outdoors, going to the gym/boot camps, working in the yard, tending to the cows, and helping Dale and the boys. Linda and Dale enjoyed time riding motorcycles earlier in life and had her own at onetime. Linda was always happy and a hard worker who couldn't sit still. Linda has also been a longtime, devote Catholic.
Survivors are husband Dale of the home, five children Mark Nelson and wife Chris of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Todd Nelson and wife Andrea of Cleveland, Oklahoma, Lanette Marcellus and Paul of Willis, Texas, Robert Acreman and Jackie of Call, Texas, Cheryl Robinson and Jack of Cypress, Texas; seventeen grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at the Terlton Cemetery under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home. Friends and family may visit an online guest book and memorial page for Linda at www.chapman-black.com.
