William Wayne “Billy” Webb, 61, passed away in his home on September 27, 2020. He was born on December 6, 1958, in Pawnee, Oklahoma, the eldest child and only son of Bill and Joy Webb. Billy attended Pawnee High School and graduated with the Class of 1977. He met Janet Higgins at Falls Creek and they married on June 5, 1977. The couple were blessed with a loving family of three children. Billy was proud of being a life-long farmer and rancher on land north of Pawnee that his family has worked for three generations. For several years, he also enjoyed being a deacon in his church and being a camper, counsellor, and committee member at Camp Lela, which he thought was one of the best.

Billy Webb is preceded in death by his father, Bill Webb, and his sister, Cindy May. He is survived by his wife Janet Webb; his mother Joy Webb; children Kevin Webb and his wife Alyce, Kristal Zerr and her husband Jeff, and Kim Tilley and her husband Mark; and nine granddaughters Korrin, Jaylynn, Alaina, and Lydia Zerr; Lyndin, Landry, Liberty, and Laramie Tilley; and Kylie Webb.
