Helen Marie Ostdickenberg, 74, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018 at her home in Bartlesville, OK.

Helen was born August 10, 1943 in Pawhuska, OK the daughter of Kenneth Buck and Catherine Wilson Whitaker. She married Reinold Henry Ostdickenberg, Jr on October 2, 1961 at the First Church of the Nazarene in Pawhuska. He preceded her in death December 28, 2014.

Alongside her husband, Helen was highly active in the crane service they operated for 30 years. She was involved in numerous charities and was a Den Mother for Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. She also served as the nursery worker for her Church for 31 years. In her spare time, Helen enjoyed collecting antiques.

Surviving are her son, Danny Ostdickenberg of the home; niece Kathy Griffin and husband, Steve, of Oologah, OK; sister-in-law Agnes Stout of Bokoshe, OK; brother-in-law Oscar Ostdickenberg of Claremore, OK; cousin Brenda Downs of Broken Arrow, OK; and cherished friends Wayne and Linda Vineyard and Mark Widowski, all of Bartlesville. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sister Mary Cork and brother Kenneth Whitaker.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 14, 2:00PM, in the Pawhuska City Cemetery. Wayne Vineyard will officiate. Interment will follow.

Kendrick McCartney Johnson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
