Joe A. Fulsom

Joe Fulsom, 92, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Brother was called to his eternal resting place on December 1, 2022. He entered this world on February 22, 1930 in Ofuskee, OK, born to Louis Fulsom and Blanch Cherry Fulsom.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 8, 2022 in the Pawhuska City Cemetery with Pastor Chuck Steele and Pastor Norman Reeves officiating. Services are under the care of Grace Memorial Chapel in Ponca City, OK. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 4 p.m. to 7p.m. at Grace Memorial Chapel.

Joe grew up and graduated from Grainola, OK High school. He met the love of his Jean L. Griffin and they were married February 27, 1954 in Pawhuska and they made their home in Grainola. He owned and operated Fulsom construction for over 50 years building Guard Rails and Overhead Signs. Joe also raised Black Angus cattle and enjoyed fishing when he had the time.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife Jean Fulsom of the home, numerous grandchildren, and several great grand grandchildren.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents,his brother Paul Fulsom, and his three sisters: Norma Oaks, Clara Fincannan, and Lois Dean Heath
