Norma Lee Chapman, 87, of Bartlesville, passed away on May 8, 2026, in Bartlesville. She was born on September 25, 1938, in Bartlesville to Earl Coombs and Claudie Coombs (Bush).
Norma worked for many years as an estimate assigner at Southwestern Bell Telephone before retiring. She was known for her dedication, kindness, and caring spirit. Norma will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
