Lois Dee DEEDLE Eaton, 91, of Tonkawa, went to meet her Lord on Tuesday evening, April 30, 2013 at the Willow Haven Nursing Home in Tonkawa. She was born on March 31, 1922 in Foraker, OK to Dee and Goldie Mae Bridges Martin. Lois was the third daughter of eight children.

The family moved to Blackland, which is now part of the Prairie Preserve. Her early years of schooling were spent at Pearsonia, OK and she graduated from Foraker High School in 1939. After graduating, she married Ernest C. Eaton from Grainola, OK. To this union, they had 2 daughters and a son. They farmed in Foraker and in 1945, the family moved to Grainola, where they farmed and ran a dairy for 43 years.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, husband and six siblings.

Lois is survived by her 3 children and their spouses Connie Farrow of Ponca City, Nelda and Alan Smith of Tonkawa, Allen and Karen Eaton of Grainola. 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. 2 Sisters: Virginia Gipson and June Finn, 1 brother and his wife, Mundy and Sharon Martin and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family memorial services will be held at a later date.
