Marvin Wayne “Bull” Williams, 49, of Ponca City departed this life on September 17, 2013 at Ponca City Nursing and Rehab Center. Bull was born on August 4, 1964 in Shreveport, LA to Mattie Louise Williams and Joe Lewis Cook, Sr.

Bull moved to Fairfax, OK at a young age where he attended public schools and played sports. He accepted Christ into his heart at a young age and was baptized at Victory Tabernacle in Ponca City. He was preceded in death by his mother Mattie Lee, step-father Jerry Lee, grandparents and his life partner Deborah Williamson. He leaves to mourn his passing his father-Joe Louis Cook, Sr., Sisters; Barbara Pearson and husband Johnny of Greensboro, NC, Tangela Falls and husband Donald of Ponca City, Gailor Wiggins and husband Eddie of Tulsa, OK and Sylvia Cook of Shreveport, LA. Brothers; Anthony Williams and wife Christine of Ft. Worth, TX, Kevin Williams and wife LaSonya of Arlington, TX, Garry Lee and Bailey of Altoona, IA, Rickey Williams of OKC and Joe Cook, Jr of Atlanta, GA. Also by 4 step-children, host of grandchildren, aunts, uncles, host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 24, 2013 in Grace Memorial Chapel with Pastor Johnny Pearson officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairfax Cemetery, Fairfax, OK. Casket Bearers will be Garry Lee, Anthony Williams, Kevin Williams, Taylor Falls, Tyler Lee and Tommy DeFell.
